Judy Garland, "The Dressing of a Legend" Exhibit

Whether you remember her as Dorothy in "The Wizard of Oz," or in "Meet Me in St. Louis," "A Star is Born," or for her singing voice, fans of Judy Garland will soon have an opportunity to view a selection from the largest private collection of Judy Garland gowns, costumes and memorabilia! This fabulous exhibit will be featured in the Anderson Johnson Gallery at the Downing-Gross Cultural Arts Center, February 26 - February 28, 2010.

The exhibit items, owned by Michael Siewert, of Washington, D.C., will feature more than a dozen of Garland's costumes. Along with the gowns and other accessories, the exhibit also will feature photographs of Garland wearing the items from the exhibit, "Judy Garland - Dressing of a Legend."

Admission for the exhibit is $5 for children (12 and under) and $10 for adults. Tickets are only available on the days of viewing on the 2^nd floor at the lobby desk in front of the theater. For additional information, please contact Lauren Cecora at 247-8950.
