The Newport News Community Gallery displays a series of exhibits throughout the year featuring the works of local, national and international artists. This gallery also hosts multiple student exhibits.

Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday: 10:00am - 4:00pm
Sunday: Closed

Freedom Exhibits
January 11 - February 28, 2013
Celebrating the 150th Anniversary of the Emancipation Proclamation, the first exhibit entitled "I Dream Freedom" celebrates icons of the Civil Rights Movement of Past and Present through paintings and photography. The second exhibit will be a selection of art from a variety of artists under the theme of "Freedom."
