Once again, The Downing-Gross Cultural Arts Center, in collaboration with our Wickham Avenue Alliance partners, the C. Waldo Scott Center for H.O.P.E., the Doris Miller Community Center, and the Pearl Bailey Library, are excited to bring holiday spirit to the youth of the Southeast End community by presenting the 2nd annual HOLIDAY FROST, a memorable event. The Downing-Gross Cultural Arts Center will transform into a winter wonderland of performances, activities, crafts, gifts, caroling, storytelling, an appearance by Santa and a neighborhood illumination.

Accompanying Holiday Frost will be 2nd Annual Festival of Trees which will be open to the public December 6 - December 19, 2010. More details to follow.
