The Wickham Avenue Alliance (C. Waldo Scott Center for H.O.P.E., Doris Miller Community Center, Downing-Gross Cultural Arts Center, Pearl Bailey Library and the YWCA Virginia Peninsula) welcomes youth to our annual Summer Kickoff Carnival complete with arts and crafts, face painting, cotton candy, popcorn, bounce houses, live music and more!!
