Ella Fitzgerald Theater Policies

Collection of Tickets
If you have purchased your tickets over the phone they will be held at Will Call (Ticket Booth First Floor Front Lobby) and can be picked up to one hour before the performance.

Ticket Refunds
Once a ticket has been purchased you are unable to cancel the booking.  The transaction is final.  If for some reason a performance is cancelled then a refund for the full amount paid will be given only if the performance is not rescheduled.  Please note we are unable to give any refunds for tickets that are downgraded to a discounted price.

Late Arrival
Caught in traffic?  Flat tire?  We'll help you see as much of the performance as possible, however we need to wait for a suitable break in the performance.  This is at the discretion of the theater ushers.  Some artists may require late arrivals to be held until approved time to enter the theater.

Seating Allocation
Our intimate theater space seats 270, and every seat in the theater has a great view.  Seats are available on a first come, first served basis; we do not reserve seats for General Admission events. On occasion, certain special events may offer "VIP seating" or other restricted area seating. Any special seating will be indicated when you purchase tickets to the event.

Accessible Seating
Your comfort is our priority.  If you have specific seating needs, please contact the Box Office in person or by phone to discuss your seating arrangements with our staff.

Payments
The Ella Fitzgerald Theater at the Downing-Gross Cultural Arts Center values your patronage and requires payments by credit card or cash.  We do not accept payments by personal check.

Lost/Stolen Tickets
We know that tickets can get lost.  If the worst does happen, we can arrange a replacement.  Please report lost or stolen tickets to the Ella Fitzgerald Theater Box Office as soon as possible.  You will need to provide us with the name and address at the time of purchase and photo identification to collect the reprinted ticket/s.
